Jesus came to this world to save all mankind. He knew God would draw people from all backgrounds and races. Jesus had a mixed heritage with Grandmothers in his family tree that included Rahab who was a Canaanite prostitute from Jericho and the mother of Boaz, who married Ruth from Moab. Jesus was sent to bring his gospel of the Kingdom of God to the lost children of Israel first, knowing that it would make its way to the entire world.
Matthew 15:21-28 New Life Version
21 Jesus went from there to the cities of Tyre and Sidon. 22 A woman came from the land of Canaan. She cried out to Jesus and said, “Take pity on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter has a demon and is much troubled.” 23 But Jesus did not speak a word to her. His followers kept asking, saying, “Send her away for she keeps calling us.” 24 He said, “I was sent only to the Jewish people who are lost.” 25 Then she came and got down before Jesus and worshiped Him. She said, “Lord, help me!” 26 But He said, “It is not right to take children’s food and throw it to the dogs.” 27 She said, “Yes, Lord, but even the dogs eat the pieces that fall from the table of their owners.” 28 Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have much faith. You will have what you asked for.” Her daughter was healed at that very time.

14 And the Good News I have shared about God’s kingdom will be told throughout the world. It will be spread to every nation. Then the end will come.
Jesus knew the sacrifice of his life was the only thing that could bring salvation to all the humans that ever lived. He didn’t go through crucifixion to redeem only those who believed in him during this life. Jesus knew his sacrifice would redeem everyone who wanted to accept it. When do you think all people will get to freely choose Jesus?
John 6:38 New King James Version

Hebrews 10:8-10 International Children’s Bible
9 Then he said, “Here I am. I have come to do what you want.” So God ends the first system of sacrifices so that he can set up the new system. 10 Jesus Christ did what God wanted him to do. And because of this, we are made holy through the sacrifice of his body. Christ made this sacrifice only once, and for all time.
